Having navigated my own recovery from addiction and trauma, I understand the raw, unfiltered reality of what it takes to heal. Paired with my training in somatic methods, I offer a compassionate and knowledgeable perspective that bridges personal understanding with evidence-based techniques.​

A Focus On The Mind-Body Connection:

Traditional recovery methods often overlook the body’s role in healing trauma and addiction. My work emphasizes somatic integration—helping you reconnect with your body and find safety within your nervous system. Through various somatic practices and methods and mindfulness techniques, I guide you in understanding your nervous system and cultivating resilience. This approach doesn’t just help in managing symptoms; it helps you build a solid foundation for long-term recovery.​

Through Thrival Recovery, my intention is to share the tools and wisdom gathered along my own path and provide a space to be guided with ease and safety. Sessions may include:

- Somatic Experiencing®

- Breathwork

- Trauma-informed yoga

- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

- Nervous system support tools and techniques

- Nervous system education

Safety is a cornerstone of my work. I create a judgment-free environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Healing cannot occur if we do not feel safe, so my intention is to create a space where safety can be felt and transformational healing can occur. If my clients begin to feel unsafe for any reason, I encourage them to use that moment for self empowerment, letting their voice be heard, allowing their emotions to be validated, and creating an opportunity to navigate and move through the activation together.

My approach is raw, real, and rooted in empathy. Whether you're struggling with trauma, addiction, or simply feeling dysregulated, there is a space for you to embark on your own healing journey with the guidance of someone who has been through the darkness herself and is on this healing journey with you.
